Tiffany Firestone
Femtosecond Laser Technologist
A graduate from Penn State University, Tiffany has a degree in biology and past experience performing clinical research for a gastroenterology practice. Before moving to State College, Pennsylvania, to attend the university, Tiffany grew up in Aiea, Hawaii.
As a femtosecond laser technologist, Tiffany is responsible for preparing Custom Corneal Tissue™ for use in Intralase-Enabled Keratoplasty™. This new advancement in cornea transplantation promises better fitting of corneas, faster patient recovery times, and significantly reduced astigmatism.
