Eric Shoenecker, SightLife Referral Services Manager

Eric Schoenecker

Referral Services Manager

Eric Schoenecker is a Seattle local, having grown up on Mercer Island and recently completing a degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at the University of Washington. As the Referral Services Manager, Eric is a point person for every new Referral Coordinator. His primary duties include revising and updating our training program.

Prior to working at SightLife, Eric volunteered in Virginia Mason Hospital's cardiology department and at the Morningsong Early Learning Center for young children. He also spent three months in South Africa working in a public health clinic and a shelter for abused children and also performed gang outreach.

To relax, Eric enjoys playing soccer, sailing, and backpacking or hiking.

Austin Nagasako, SightLife Referral Coordinator

Austin Nagasako

Referral Coordinator

Austin Nagasako grew up in Hawaii. He's finishing his studies in Cellular, Molecular, & Developmental Biology at the University of Washington. At the UW, he's been privileged to be a member of Tri-Beta, a Biology honor society. As a referral coordinator, Austin performs initial donor suitability reviews and works directly with families to facilitate the gift of cornea donation.

When studies and work allow a break, Austin loves to play sports and spend time outdoors.

Troy Win'E, SightLife Referral Coordinator

Troy Win'E

Referral Coordinator

Troy Win'E (pronounced "win-AE") grew up in Vancouver, Washington, and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Cell/Molecular Biology.

When he isn't coordinating medical referrals for SightLife, Troy's passion is surfing. He not only rides the waves, he even shapes the boards he rides on!

Daniel Blinci, SightLife Referral Coordinator

Daniel Blinci

Referral Coordinator

Daniel Blinci grew up in Boulder, Colorado, and graduated from Southwestern Adventist University with a degree in Health Wellness & Sports Science. His past work experience includes donor referral triage and family approach for donation as well as managing a sporting goods store.

Daniel enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, and snowboarding. Additionally, he and his wife will be keeping their hands full with their new baby.

Beth Railsback, SightLife Referral Coordinator

Beth Railsback

Referral Coordinator

Beth Railsback is from Springfield, Ohio, and graduated from Wright State University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. She's also worked for the Tectura Corporation, a global IT company. Regarding her job with SightLife, she says, "...it's an honor to work with families facing end-of-life decisions & considering donation."

Beth and Dave have been married for 25 years and have two teenage sons. Beth likes to read, ride her bike, and volunteer at church. Additionally, shes a theater fan and loves to design costumes for the stage.

Jason Fink, SightLife Referral Coordinator

Jason Fink

Referral Coordinator

Dr. Jason Fink spent his formative years in Berkley, California, and Blackgum, Oklahoma. He earned his MD at St. Matthew's University. He's lived in Tunisia, France, Mauritania, the Central African Republic, and Belize, not to mention a variety of locations within the US.

Jason is married and has spent time as a stay-at-home dad for his two children. In his spare moments, he likes to travel, read, and play volleyball and other games.

Patrick Emery, SightLife Referral Coordinator

Patrick Emery

Referral Coordinator

Patrick Emery, originally of Spokane, Washington, graduated from Gonzaga University with a degree in Criminal Justice Administration and an emphasis on biology and chemistry. He's used his skills and training both with the Spokane Police Department and at Spokane's Sacred Heart Medical Center, where he worked in the Emergency Department and Performance Improvement. Patrick is a certified Washing State Emergency Medical Technician. In 2007, he received the Spokane Police Co-op Officer of the Year award followed by the Spokane Police's Outstanding Leadership award in 2008.

Patricks enjoys spending his free time golfing, fishing, downhill skiing, traveling, and biking.

Kirsty Imes, SightLife Referral Coordinator

Kirsty Imes

Referral Coordinator

Kirsty Imes graduated from Aims Community College with a degree in Emergency Medical Services – Field Specialist and EMT. Originally from Denver, she did additional studies in Kinesiology at the University of Northern Colorado. Her experience as a Family Services Coordinator for Statline makes her well prepared for the work of a SightLife Referral Coordinator.

Kirsty likes to play the piano and do "anything outdoors." Camping, fishing, climbing, kayaking, and gardening all make her list of interests, as does spending time with Sasha, her dog.
